The Foundation’s annual fundraising event was being coordinated through forms, spreadsheets and email. That created duplicate entry, slow approvals and limited visibility between finance, fundraising and events teams.
What I built
I designed one platform for public bookings, guest allocation, invoices, payment review, approvals, table management, communications, audit history and event-day check-in.
